Students are eligible to request a refund within 7 days from the date of enrollment/purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted through official channels (email or contact form) along with proof of enrollment/payment.
रिफंड अनुरोध आधिकारिक चैनलों (ईमेल या संपर्क फॉर्म) के माध्यम से, नामांकन/भुगतान का प्रमाण संलग्न करके प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
Note: Refunds are not applicable for optional courses or study materials.

The institute reserves the right to process the refund amount at its discretion.
संस्थान के पास रिफंड राशि को अपने विवेकानुसार प्रोसेस करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
Students will receive the refund minimum within 7 days and maximum within 90 days from the date of approval.
छात्रों को रिफंड अनुमोदन की तारीख से न्यूनतम 7 दिन और अधिकतम 90 दिन के भीतर प्राप्त होगा।
The institute may take 1 week to 90 days to process the refund as per its convenience. Students acknowledge and agree that they will have no objection regarding this timeline.
संस्थान अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार रिफंड प्रोसेस करने में 1 सप्ताह से 90 दिन तक का समय ले सकता है। छात्र स्वीकार करते हैं कि इस समयसीमा पर उनका कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी।
10% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refund as processing charges.
रिफंड राशि से 10% प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क के रूप में काटा जाएगा।
Note: If the amount paid by the student for any course/program is less than ₹5,000 (e.g., ₹4,999 or below), no refund will be applicable.
नोट: यदि किसी छात्र द्वारा किसी भी कोर्स/प्रोग्राम के लिए भुगतान की गई राशि ₹5,000 से कम है (जैसे ₹4,999 या उससे कम), तो रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।
Requests made after 7 days from enrollment/purchase will not be accepted.

Refunds are not granted for courses or materials that have been fully accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
पूरा उपयोग, डाउनलोड या एक्सेस की गई कोर्स/सामग्री पर रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for enrollment/purchase.
स्वीकृत रिफंड उसी भुगतान विधि से किया जाएगा जिसका उपयोग नामांकन/खरीद में किया गया था।
The institute will communicate the refund status to the student via email or contact details provided at enrollment.
